Comprehensive Testing
Our testing procedures assess various parameters, including capacity, voltage, and internal resistance, to accurately gauge battery performance.
Re-Use & Re-Work
Grade A and Grade B batteries undergo further evaluation for reuse or rework opportunities. Through refurbishment and repair, we extend their lifespan and maximize their value.
Grade Classification
Batteries scoring above 80 are designated as Grade A, indicating high performance and suitability for reuse. Those scoring between 50 and 70 are classified as Grade B, eligible for rework and refurbishment.
Closed-Loop Recycling
Batteries scoring below 50 are considered unsuitable for reuse or rework. Instead of disposal, they are recycled through our closed-loop battery recycling system. This ensures efficient recovery of valuable materials, promoting sustainability and resource conservation.
